Our goal was to be in Independence, Kansas by June 9th for Little House on the Prairie Days at the Ingalls Homestead. We made it with several days to spare so we decided to just chill and not do much. It was a good thing we were ready to rest a little because there really wasn't much to do in Independence. Someone at the local smoothie shop helped us out though and pointed us in the direction of some things to help keep us entertained. More to come...

Even Adventure Girls must do their summer homework...grrrr....it would be nice to be able to travel and explore without summer homework but such is life.
