Even Adventure Girls need some rest. We took some time off and resumed travel on the 17th. The new Suburban is great to travel in and it looks like we have been living out of it for years at this point. Will definitely have to clean it out before the hubby sees it....haha!
So we were just driving along and saw a pretty spot so stopped. Michigan City, Indiana was our next stop and man, oh man! It was HOT! We took a walk out and down the pier to see the lighthouse and we were baking! Great views and the air was refreshing. We could only handle it for a walk though.
Hmmmm....we got to the edge of the lighthouse and weren't sure how to get down. A gentleman told us he slid, so we slid. Getting up was not as graceful...thus no pictures! Haha!
We made it down and the gentleman took our pic. Now to get back up. Again, no pics of this...lol!
